What is Equal Pay?
- The Equality Act 2010 states that men and women should not only be paid equally for the same job, but they should also be paid equally for jobs of EQUAL VALUE.
- At Pay Justice we believe Boots in-store workers have a role of equal value to distribution workers. This is why we have launched the Boots Equal Pay Claim.
- We believe in-store workers should be entitled to claim back the difference in pay between their hourly rate and the distribution centre hourly rate.
- Because we believe the work in these two roles are of equal value, you should be entitled to claim back the difference in pay.
- You are eligible to claim if you currently work in-store at Boots on an hourly wage, or have done in the past 5-6 years.
