Pay Justice is a specialist campaigning organisation that aims to close the gender pay gap.
We are currently representing tens of thousands of workers at major retails including cases against Asda, Sainsbury's, Morrisons and Tesco supermarkets. We are representing workers from smaller retailers, such as Next.
Working in close partnership with the country’s leading lawyers, we have a mission to reduce the gender pay gap by encouraging workers to make equal pay claims. Our goal is to use technology to make justice as accessible as possible for those who need it.
