The founding of Pay Justice in 2012 was inspired by an Equal Pay Specialist's discovery that large corporations were not paying their staff fairly. Since then, we’ve partnered with the UK’s top legal firms to deliver our Equal Pay Claims and make them accessible for everyone.
Through our work, we hope to close the gender pay gap, give workers the legal knowledge to push for better pay, and make employers respect the value of frontline service staff.
